Mylar® is a registered trademark of DuPont and is one of the strongest and most durable films available for outdoor labels. Despite being only 2 mils thick, our labels can withstand the wear and tear of golf clubs.
You can, but most clear tape is polypropylene, which yellows, dries out, and peels when exposed to sunlight. Our Mylar labels are engineered for long-term durability and professional appearance.

No. Only ASCII characters are supported. This covers most Western and Northern European languages as well as Spanish.
No. Our labels are printed with a proportional font, which prevents predictable vertical alignment.
Only if ordered in large quantities. Labels are text-only. For bulk custom graphics programs, contact us at service@pinhighinc.com.
No. The Pin High Inc. trademark is built into the design. Once applied, the backside overlap covers the mark so it isn’t visible on the shaft.

Reordering is easy, but it cannot be done through our chatbot.

- We’ll place the order for you with the same details

You can reorder anytime directly on our website:
- Go to the product page (most customers reorder Custom Golf Club ID Labels)
- Select your product options
- Enter your personalization exactly as you did before
- Complete checkout

Shipping & Delivery
We ship within 2 – 4 business days. U.S. customers usually receive labels within 7–10 business days; international delivery may take longer.
Labels are sent via first-class mail in a #10 business envelope with the Pin High return address.
Orders are shipped through UPS Mail Innovations. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. If it’s been more than 14 days, contact customer service so we can track it and confirm your address if needed.
If your labels haven’t arrived after 10 business days, reach out to us using the instructions on our Customer Service page.
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it right away. If it has shipped, we’ll send a reprint to the correct address so you’re fully satisfied.
