| Privacy: The Internet, Privacy and Pin High, Inc. The Internet contains a wealth of information. Unfortunately, it may also contain personal details about you that you don’t want everyone to know. For example, your real name (lots of people on the Internet use aliases, alter egos or nicknames), street address, phone number, or e-mail address. Also, when you go online, sites you visit may be gathering information about you without your knowledge.
Pin High, Inc.’s Policy Pin High, Inc.’s policy on our Internet site is to respect and protect the privacy of our visitors. Pin High, Inc. will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its visitors to any third party without first receiving that visitor’s permission. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it. Using the Internet should be a fun experience and we want to help you make it so.
Phone Numbers Phone numbers are not routinely collected as part of our ordering process. However, you may choose to include phone numbers as part of the information to be printed on your labels. It is our policy that phone numbers are held in strictest confidence, are never used by us other than for business directly related to an order you have placed and are never shared with anyone else.
Name & Address As part of the process of fulfilling your order for labels, Pin High, Inc. must ask you for your name and address. In the future we or some of our carefully screened partners may wish to send you announcements. If you don’t wish to receive news about related products and services, you may notify us and we will exclude you.
Financial Information We must also obtain your credit card number and card expiration date. This financial information is retrieved in a secure environment and used only to bill you for products and services. Other than obtaining approval from our bank, it is never shared with anyone else for any reason. In fact if we choose to review your billing information, the last four digits of your card number is all that we can ever view. We can void transactions or issue full or partial credit but we have no capability of ever posting additional charges to your credit card account.
E-Mail We also ask for e-mail addresses so we may provide you with order confirmation details. E-mail addresses are never shared with third parties. Pin High, Inc. however, may contact you from time to time regarding special offers. If you don’t wish to receive news about related products and services, you may notify us and we will exclude you.
IP Addresses Your IP address is used to help identify your order. The combination of your IP address and a randomly generated number, create an unique order identification number. Our web site also routinely captures and logs IP addresses. This information is used to study and analyze site traffic and can be used to help diagnose problems with our server.

Correcting and Updating Information If, in the future, there are any changes in any of the information provided by you while ordering, you may direct us to update our records by simply notifying us via e-mail ([email protected]).
Security This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Order processing takes place on a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layering) technology. SSL requires use of a certificate issued by a recognized certifying organization. Our use of our “Thawte” certification is your guarantee that we are who we say we are and can always be found if you should ever have a problem or a dispute. Also, under the SSL protocol, financial data is always encrypted for transmission both from you to us and from us to you, which ensures that this confidential information cannot be intercepted.
